Q: I cannot get iCloud Drive to set up on my MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro with OS X. I am trying to access iCloud Drive from Finder. I get a message that it is setting up, but nothing happens. The wheel just keeps spinning. Any solutions?

I am trying to get pics from my iphone to show up on my MBP. They show up on my iPad, just fine.
