Iphone 6 volume/ring button

My Iphone 6's ring/silent button is broken. It seems to be loose because when I have it on silent it will pop up on the screen and say "ringer" and have the volume there, but the switch is on silent. I have to turn off my volume completely because it will randomly kick on the sound when it should be on silent and I don't want it to ring if I am at work, or in class.

I didn't know if anyone else has experienced this and if/how to fix it.
