Could not load iCloud Accounts preference pane

Hi,

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro running 10.10.2. All of a sudden my Messages won't open and I can't log into my iCloud account from the preferences. When I try I get the following error message.

"Preferences Error. Could not load iCloud Accounts preference pane"

Any guidance on resolving the issues is greatly appreciated.
