Messages Won't Send Image Files

Messages no longer allows for the transfer of images files from user-to-user. Is there anyway to restore this function?

OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), null

hi,

The only workaround at the moment seems to be to zip the Files (Compress in the Contextual Menu when you right click a file/pic)

Unfortunately, that's not much of a convenient work around. Is there another place to submit this problem?

The page has not been updated properly (it never was when iChat was the app.)

Add all the details from the lower drop downs in the Free Text area.
