MacBook Pro 13 inch Late 2011 battery dying very fast

I currently own a 13 inch Macbook Pro Late 2011. Till March 2014, I used the official battery that was provided by Apple. Since the battery life wasn't enough for my work, I decided to buy a 3rd party battery. However, the battery life only lasts about 3 hours, which is actually worse than my former battery. Is there any way I could fix this? I took a screenshot of my battery information if it helps.

That says it is a healthy battery. If the charge life is not what you need, perhaps putting the OEM battery in will help. Or have an Apple tech put in a new battery - they will not sell you the battery so they have to do the replacement.
