Bootcamp Windows 8 won't let me make changes to display settings

New 2013 Mac Pro, Windows 8, Bootcamp 5. I have three displays which are identified but Windows thinks they're arranged in a different order.

Should be a simple drag n drop in the control panel right? Evidently not. Anything I change gets instantly reverted.

I made a video to demonstrate how ridiculous this is:

If anyone has any insight as to what I'm missing, please share.

Thanks

Stephen

I figured it out. Such a stupid problem.

The issue was that one of my USB peripherals was being constantly mounted and unmounted without me knowing about it. So every 2 seconds or so it would cycle it (who knows why) and that was causing the control panel display settings to undo my changes.

Makes no sense but I solved it by unplugging it. It was a korg nanokontrol if anyone's interested to know.
