Opened Bad Email on Outlook possibly virus

Hi,

I was caught off guard and opened an email in my Outlook Web app (URGENT password will be reset in 3 days click on link)....and I clicked on the LINK. Nothing happened when I clicked it came up 404, but then in my infinite wisdom I thought I'd reply and let them know the link did not work...I notified my IT department for my PC at work, because I did it twice...once on my Macy at home, then again when I made it into the office. I have a ticket in with them...and apparently I'm not the only one who received the email in the organization, but now I'm worried about my MAC. Is there anything I should do or look for?
