Save SD and HD versions of movies

I know that if you buy an HD movie iTunes gives also access to the SD version of that movie. Since I have some monitors that can't play the HD versions because they are not compatible with HDCP, I was wondering if it is possible to organize the iTunes movie library in such a way that you can select which version of the movie you want to watch (480p, 720p or 1080p).
