Macbook Air display difference?

An older refurb model says it's display is "13.3-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen display, 1440-by-900 resolution", while a newer refurb models says "13.3-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen display with support for millions of colors". Difference?

The first one refers to the number of pixels on screen, while the second refers to the monitor's bitdepth. These are different things; it doesn't necessarily mean that the displays are different.
