Restart would be nice if the remote controls were responding. 😝 I don't see how a restore would fix it since it was only used to stream YouTube videos. Nothing else. Also, it is only a couple months old that is used almost daily. I did notice after the physical power cycle, the main menu didn't respond for about 5/five seconds, and then everything was back to normal.
How often do you power cycle your Apple TV?
