While I had already requested a Host to look into this (yesterday) and consider a move
to one of the iBook Author or software ASC areas, they did not act on that concept...
I'd suggest that you write an all-new question and address it (start in the discussion
you want it to end up in) appropriately, and if you have found anything newer in topic
please let that be reflected in the actual question; so the title won't be long.
There are two distinct iBooks ASC discussions areas.
First up, iBooks...
iBooks
This has three sub-sections.
Second is iBooks Author...
iBooks Author
This has five sub-sections.
As linked from main portal, you may find both:
https://discussions.apple.com/welcome
Support has articles on how these are supposed to work. Details may be harder
to find, however the main sections should be easy from main portals, if you look
for iBook references in these main sections under the OS for device + mac.
For Mac OS X:
http://www.apple.com/support/mac-apps/
For iOS:
http://www.apple.com/support/ios/
Given the new layout and using a later OS than my favorite, this has taken
about ten times the amount of time, to compile & write a useable reply. I'd
tried to simply copy the icons from the support & discussions pages that
used to just work. Now the ever-scrolling big windows disrupt every effort.
Hopefully you can get the correct information and it will apply to your project.
Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
