How do I access my iCloud account from someone else's device?
II'd like to use my friend's iPad to access my mail. it will only access her account. How can can I log into my account from her iPad?

You would have to add your account in Settings>Mail, Contact and Calendars and check 'Mail' in the list there. This would add your account to her Mail application. Of course as long as you are signed in there she can access your entire iCloud account.
That was my first choice. Unfortunately it takes you to a page that gives three links. Each goes to a page that tells you how to set up the chosen subject, one of which is iCloud. There's no access to my account.
The iCloud website relies on special programming which a desktop computer's browser can access but the more limited browser on a mobile device cannot; on the latter you access the iCloud facilities by signing in in Settings.
You can also use https://www.icloud.com/

Not from a mobile device.
That appears to be correct. I sent a note to Apple suggesting they clean this fixed.
