When setting up the activity app - the units only appear to be available in imperial. Does anyone know how to change it to Metric?
Theres only four countries on earth that use the Imperial system. Ridiculous. Using thumbs, feet, stones and bananas as units of measurement.

Already tried that Dah-Veed. Nothing in the user guide for metric units.
Did you look in the Watch App on the phone? There are setting for the watch in My Watch.
Yep - looked in there mate. Once again nothing about metric units.....
My Activity app is in metric (total distance shows in km anyway, unfortunately it only shows calories, not kilojoules) it seems to determine the units from whatever country the watch is set for - Watch App>My Watch>General>Language & Region>Region Format.
Yeah, I too am looking for how to switch things to kilojoules and can't find how.
Even tried doing it in the Health app on my phone. Nope. That seems stuck in calories too.
Will log a feature request. I'd suggest others do too.
within the Workout app setting that you need to change, force touch the screen between the plus and minus signs, this will bring up the options you need.
This only works for distances - km or miles, for energy it's stuck on calories, force touching that screen does nothing.

Can you be specific about where the + and - signs are, please ? I assume you mean on the Watch, but I just don't seem to have either + or - signs !

Don't you mean 4.184?
Launch the Workout app, tap one of the workout type buttons (e.g. Outdoor Walk) and the first screen that comes up is "Set Calories" with a ➖ 0 ➕ above it. Force pressing there does nothing, but if you swipe R to L until you reach the Set <distance> screen and force press on that you can select km or miles as required.

I now show "set kilometers" Although the "Activity" App. still shows in miles - aargh !
Yes, the metric/ISU support just isn't there yet.
