I am running OS X Yosemite, version 10.10.2. It shows as installed in my Applications folder but the page is blank where the game should be. I have tried several times but can't get it to show up.

I don't think so, the following was taken from the App store:
"...learn more about Trivia Crack (Ad Free) on the App Store. Download Trivia Crack (Ad Free) and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch."
As you can see it doesn't mention anything about playing on a MacBook/iMac.

Furthermore it seems you may be able to play Trivia Crack through Facebook in Safari or any browser, as I understand it has a Facebook App.

I tried playing through Facebook. It shows that I have the app but the area where the game should be is blank. I've e-mailed Trivia Crack twice but they never get back to me. My iPod Touch is too old to upgrade to download the Trivia Crack app. I guess I'm out of luck.
I was not able to play trivia crack through Facebook using the safari browser with my macbook pro. I clicked on trivia crack and nothing would happen. Now, I've added the firefox browser and I'm able to play through Facebook, which I couldn't do with safari. It works fine with firefox.
Can I play Trivia Crack on an iMac?
