my i phone won't turn on after restoring backup
i just gott new iPhone 6 i restored it from my backup from other iPhone 6 and it turned off and i can't turn it back on
iPhone 6, iOS 8.1
Try this:
1. plug it into the wall charger.
2. press and hold both the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time.
3. hold them both for at least 16 seconds. the apple logo should appear on screen, you can let go then.
If that doesn't work your device might be physically broken. Take it to an Apple Store for a free check, or find an Apple Authorized Service Provider that might be able to tell. You can locate and make an appointment for either at: locate.apple.com
