i have a question about iphone 5s that are in the stores yet i hear some rumors about these devices are refresh,I'm not sure,is that true?

I've heard rumors that people get kidnapped by aliens. Apple is still making the 5S (8 gig only) so there is no reason to believe that an Apple Store or authorized reseller (e.g. carriers) are selling anything other than new. If you buy from places that are not authorized, who can say?

As Meg said, only buy from an Apple store or authorized reseller. If you buy anywhere else (including an individual), you are taking a risk. There are many sad stories on this forum...
