Q: Cannot Activate iPhone

Hello, i have iPhone 5, i reseted settings and now i cannot activate phone, i know my icloud, i can login with it on site and do anything, but when i type it to activate phone, it says it could be activated, why? whats going on?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

There may be different reasons causing activation problem.

Thank you for your reply, when i am trying to login https://www.icloud.com/#find here it says Connection Error, iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server.

what should i do?
