How can I turn on my itouch 5th gen when it doesn't turn on
My I touch 5th gen doesn't turn on. I tried to charge it but still it doesn't turn on..
1. plug it into the wall charger.
2. press and hold both the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time.
3. hold them both for at least 16 seconds. the apple logo should appear on screen, you can let go then.
If that doesn't work your device might be physically broken. Take it to an Apple Store for a free check, or find an Apple Authorized Service Provider that might be able to tell. You can locate and make an appointment for either at: locate.apple.com
