Updated my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) to 10.10.4 last night. This morning no bluetooth. Keyboard, mouse and track pad are completely unrecognized. I have look over other posts with their solutions with no help.
Any Suggestions?

I had the same issue but resetting the SMC worked for me. If you haven't already done it, it might be worth a try. See Apple's guide to resting it - Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support.

I have the same problem after updating to 10.10.4, but resetting SMC did not work for me. Either my SMC is not getting correctly reset or Shift-Control-Option + Power button after shutdown doesn't seem to do anything when I am plugged into power supply. When I press the power button alone, the machine boots up but still bluetooth remains disabled. Any suggestions?.
I had to boot off a jump drive. After that everything was working perfectly.
I had to get on the phone with Apple Support and they had me
- Shutdown the machine
- Press Command - Option - button for letter P - button for letter R + Power button
- the machine made the startup sound twice
- the third time it came back up and viola, bluetooth is working!.
I shut down the iMac, removed all USB connections from the rear, then booted it up. Once in the initial splash screen and running I reconnected all the previous USB devices, once they all connect I logged in and viola everything was working again, bluetooth could again be recognised and my bluetooth mouse was back to working as it should. Hope this helps you as it did me.
