Cannot discover my jabra clipper Bluetooth headset

I turned on Bluetooth services on iPhone 6 followed by tuending on my Jabra clipper Bluetooth headset..

It just keep looking but cannot find my device .

i tried with my Fitbit Charge device and the iPhone can detect it.

Next I used my iPad to detect the Jabra Bluetooth hieadset send there is no problems discovering it n connecting.

I am already at latest IOS 8.3

whats your advice?

to connect to a device it has not been connected to before a bluetooth headset is required to be put in what they call pairing mode or discovery mode

how one does that should be in the manual of the headset

if you misplaced that, then the manufactor would have manuals as pdf for you to download
