Pages crashed and deleted everything, how do I get it back?

I use an iPad mini on iOS 8.1.2.

I was just looking up documents on pages on my iPad and suddenly all the documents disappeared without any warning or reason. I can now not find them anywhere. I looked at my last back up on both iCloud and computer and it was last backed up just before the documents that I need are on there. I checked on my online iCloud and they do not appear to be on there either. Is there any way at all that I can get these documents back?
