My Magic Mouse is not moving right

Hi.. a few days ago I noticed that my magic mouse was not working good.

When I move the mouse, the cursor does not move the same way, it start to move slower but only for small periods of time. Also loses accuracy, again in shorts periods of time. Then starts to work okay, but then it start to do it again.

I've already checked the batteries but they are perfectly charged.

What can I do to solve this problem?
