As such. I don't see the Facebook app and Whatsapp app on my iPhone 6 Plus' My Watch app. Therefore, the 2 apps are not on my Watch Sports. Am I the only one?

Have Whatsapp and Facebook released apps for the Watch yet, have you looked in the App Store?
I checked the Apple Watch app store. Don't see Facebook nor Whatsapp yet. But I'm surprised why no these 2 apps on launch day!?!?
Ask Facebook and WhatsApp, they are not Apple products.
I saw a Youtube with someone opening box and setting up Apple Watch, and I saw WhatsApp on his watch. That's why I asked!
I just gave you the correct advice, talk to the people whose apps they are.
And don't tell me where to post.
And I don't need to be told that Facebook & WhatsApp aren't Apple's. Thanks!

How was the advice not sensible, it is certainly more sensible to ask the manufacturer of the apps rather than some other manufacturer. Or maybe that's not your way.

Can't find them either. Read a couple of websites that suggest it is available (e.g: http://www.digitaltrends.com/wearables/best-apple-watch-apps/) but I can't find it in the watch store.
I even removed the FB app from my phone and re-installed it (as I had to do this with the BBC news app to get it to show on the watch) but that didn't make any difference!
Anyone been able to successfully get FB on their watch?
I get Facebook notifications on the Watch but the stupid thing is it just says 'X updated their status' not actually what they posted. From reading a few articles online, Facebook and Pintrest are working on apps for the Apple Watch. As Facebook own WhatsApp, I would say it is likely that WhatsApp will have a dedicated app as well soon.
They're not available yet. If you look in the normal iPhone app store Apple have added "Offers Apple Watch App" and Apple Watch screenshots with Apps which are compatible. Currently Facebook, Facebook messenger and WhatsApp don't show this. Again I was surprised they hadn't made an App for launch.
