Q: iphone 6 camera iOS 8.3

I've recently bought a new iphone 6 .

I updated it to iOS 8.3 via OTA .

Since then the camera won't work correctly , i cannot stop video for example or if i take a picture the bottom part of the camera app (camera roll etc.) won't work.

even if i exit the app and get to photos i couldn't find the taken photo .

Anyone with the same problem ?

(NB the iphone camera was working perfectly with iOS 8.1.3 at the apple store)

Hello AnasEki,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the camera app wont stop video or take pictures and photos dont show up in the Photo app. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.

Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
