how to remove computer from OD in OSX server 4

I am trying to bind a machine to my OD server that was previously bound but had problems. When I try to rebind, it gives me an error that the computer already exists in the directory. When I click to overwrite this entry, it gives me the error saying that an error occurred while attempting to bind.

How do I remove this computer entry now that workgroup manager isn't part of server?

You can remove machine record by using Directory Utility. This can be launched from Server.app's Tools menu.

Choose Directory Editor from the tool bar. Set In node to /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1 and then select Computers from viewing. You should see your machine records. Authenticate by pressing the padlock and entering the diradmin username and password. Select the bad record and delete it.
