Why won't FEELN restore after doing 'reset' on Apple TV

I am having to 'restart' Apple TV every time I want to watch Netflix. In hopes of fixing the problem I did a 'reset'. Now I cannot get FEELN to restore and it didn't fix my problem with Netflix. Can anybody advise what to do?
