Q: Unable to Restore 4S to 5c

I backed up my 4s and I wish to restore to my new 5c. I receive the below message. I don't get it. I am connected to the internet. However, the funny thing is that my iTunes is no longer downloading weekly updates from TV Shows that I have purchased. Can someone help?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are trying to restore the iPhone but cannot connect to the server. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Read this too since iTunes can’t communicate with the update server.
