iPhone Not Recognized By Computer

Hello!

I'm having a lot of trouble right now. My iPhone doesn't seem to be recognized by my computer. It'll appear in iTunes on other computers, but not mine. I have tried everything in the Apple troubleshooting, I have tried uninstalling and installing iTunes (and getting rid of all files), I've tried restarting Apple Mobile Support, I've tried a third party patch Copy Trans....if it exists I've probably tried it. One thing that might help is when I click on Apple Mobile Services in my programs it asks me if I want to repair it, but it never works. For a while I got around it by syncing over Wifi but then it stopped doing that, too and I can't have it do it again unless it syncs directly with the computer. I tried contacting the apple chat support and they weren't really much help unfortunately.

Any suggestions?
