FWIW, I have read through both your posts and have responded, though, as you will see, my answers are not going to be exactly set the earth on fire 🙂
Btw.. You used to be able to purchase Applecare for Pro Apps ($399) if you wished to get real, old fashioned, one to one support..... but that has now been discontinued as of sometime around the middle of last year... and nothing has been set up to replace it....
Personally I have found most geniuses in Apple stores are not Logic Pro specialists at all.. They understand the basics (Installation, basic setup and so on..) and on rare occasions a little more... but most probably they will know less than you do....
I too, wish for those "back in the day' days... when you could actually talk to and get responses from the Devs....
Finally, I would recommend, if you haven't tried already.. to post up the same questions on LogicProHelp
Lots of very knowledgable and helpful people there.... plus the Devs do seem to pay attention to their bugs thread on occasion.. 🙂
