Apr 25, 2015 8:29 AM in response to Phil0124by grangold,All of this is true. I will charge it. iTunes is always open on the Mac. I have verified they are on the same Wi-Fi network . But it does not sync. I have to manually go in while it is is connected to the Mac to sync it.

Apr 26, 2015 10:44 AM in response to grangoldby Phil0124,If its connected to the Mac it won't automatically wifi sync.
Make sure its lugged into the wall to charge, and is not being used. It should then start to sync. Though only itunes will show it is syncing at the time.

Apr 26, 2015 12:50 PM in response to Phil0124by grangold,I usually plug it into the wall to charge it. It is about 40 feet away from the router. Would that impact it. It does not sync when I charge it this way.
