Unable to delete an empty Library in iMovie

Question

I just upgraded to iMovie 10.10.8 and I am now unable to delete an empty Library!

What happened to Apple paying close attention to how people USE their software?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

You can safely delete the empty library withe Finder provided iMovie is not running.
