OMG SOMEBODY HELP

I created an Apple ID with an Itunes card instead of a credit card (there is $15 credit in my account) and when i try to make purchases it says "your purchase cannot be completed". Someone helppp, i don't know what to do ;-;

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
