iPad Air 2 memory full, removed home videos, still full

We have deleted 26 Gigs of home videos, but the settings still show the memory is full

My grandson deleted all his work, still can't use iPad - it says only 120 MB available!

When we go to Photos/Videos it is not showing anything.

He's very upset and I'm trying to help.

Thanks

iPad Air, iOS 8.2

There has been an issue with photos/videos not being removed properly from some devices but not showingin the Photos App.

Open Settings->General->Date &Time & turn off set automatically. Now set the date back several months e.g. Oct 2014. Now open the Photos App & go to the Recently Deleted folder. You should see the photos/videos there where you can now select & delete them. Once you have done that, don't forget to go back to Date & Time & re-enable Set Automatically.

Ttry Resetting your iPad:

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears (ignore the Slide to Power Off option that shows up first).

IF this doesn't help you might need to Restore it from your iTunes backup.
