My iphone 6 is shocking me when i plug in the charger

When I go to charge my phone the touch pad starts to shock me. I've checked my phone and there is no water damage, that is the only thing i could think that would cause my phone to shock me. Idk what to do. I've now been charging my phone on my Ihome Speaker because i think it's the cord that is causing my phone to shock me. If it has something to do with the battery, this wouldn't be the first time my battery messed up with the iphone 6. I got it when they were first released, and a month after my battery decided to die, and never hold a charge. It's been then replaced, but now this is my second iphone 6 and this one is shocking me.
