Internet access restricted for Apps

Hi,

I just downloaded few apps like Wells Fargo and some games. When I try to open the app it tells me no internet access. When I go to setting>cellular, there is only passbook and face time under the section "Use cellular data for." I tried everything - restarting, taking out the sim card and nothing works.
