Facebook Contacts

Hi,

I turned on the Facebook contact setting where all friends show up in my contacts (who allow their contacts to be shared).

What I'm wondering is if people can see mine when they turn this setting on; when I look at my contact, it shows my Facebook profile photo and email. What I don't like though is that I have all personal info. such as my address and personal info on my contact so how do I know if my contact is being sen by others?? Thank you!!
