Startup time after OS X 10.10.3 update

I am truly disappointed with the startup time after the update.

My Macbook Pro used to be almost 'instantly' startup (to login page) after i press the power button.

and even after my login.

Now, i have to wait for the apple logo to show up, and a scroll bar after login ... sigh~

Any where to expedite the startup?
