iOS 8.3 update problems

I have the iPhone 5. I just updated to the iOS 8.3 two days ago and this afternoon my phone kept sayings storage is almost full. I went to check it and it said 0bytes available. Then 5 mins later it went back to normal now it's saying it again. also Nobody is receiving My text messages. I can receive theirs though. Earlier today all my old emails popped up saying I had 150 new emails so I deleted them all again and they popped up a second time and then disappeared a few minutes later. What the heck is going on?!
