These countries have SMS support for setting up iCloud Keychain. If your country is not listed, you can use the steps in this article to set up iCloud Keychain without an SMS-capable phone number.
"Dear" Apple, if you have official reseller for a years in any country, and you are not able to give SMS support for setting up iCloud Keychain
you should be shamed! Your big shame!
I am from Serbia, small and poor country, there is officially Apple store in Belgrade,
but you do not value your customers.
