I have bought my Iphone 6 from New York. If I have a problem, can i service / repair it in St Antonio?

I have purchased an unblocked Iphone 6 from New York. I'm currently in India and I'm facing issues. I went to the service center here and they declined to help since I have bought it from the U.S. Can I get it repaired in India somehow? If not, can I get it repaired in St Antonio, Texas (U.S.)? Kindly help. Thanks.
