Can I reset the password on my computer without knowing my old password
I purchased my fiancé a used mac book pro one bay for christmas last year. He uses it for recreation so I never installed any type of software that required a password. Recently he needed adobe flash player for for and we went to install it and it wanted a password for the computer and we had no clue what It could be. I referenced the email with all the info from the person I bought the computer and they said the password was reset to "password" that didn't work. So we have no clue what it could be and I can't make a new password without knowing the old one.. I've guessed everything we both use as passwords and nothing has worked. Can anyone help...
