I cant turn off lost mode on my phone

my phone was put inte lost mode, but now i have found it and i cant turn off lost mode. I have searched how to turn off lost mode, but it says i have to have find my phone on, but i must have forgotten to turn it on... I have no Idea how to turn off lost mode and use my phone again
