cannot open attachments in mail iphone 6 plus

I have Iphone 6 plus. After latest update, 8.3, I cannot open my email attachments (PDF). When I tap it it reads, it cannot be downloaded from server or brings me back to me main screen.


I went to Apple Store. Change for another new phone. Still it does not work.


However, I can open all my attachments from my Mac Pro

iOS 8.3
