Any one help me out To fixed my Mac, it can Not charge And showing green light has bip bip on Socket adapter?

any one has idea To fixed mac which problem are:

1. Power adapter can Not charge To Mac And showing green light is bip bip at Socket of adapter

2. Mac can Not start up , it that possible happen because before Mac suddently shutdown battery was 50%

3. DVD playar was sound very bad while try To play dvd
