Switched Apple ID after restore from backup

Both me and my wife have iPhone 5's running IOS 8.3. We have both unlocked our devices and restored from backup as directed by our carrier. Now, when we go to update our apps through the app store on the iphone, we get prompted to sign into iTunes App Store - but the Apple ID displayed is switched! My wife's phone shows my ID and my phone shows her ID. I've gone through Settings > iTunes & App Store > and our phones show the correct ID for the user. I've signed out & back into iTunes & App Store on the phone, but the App Store app won't update and show my ID and update my apps!!! I've even tried to restore from backup and chose a earlier backup, and still no solution.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3, 16GB models
