Transferring music

I am trying to extract music from an old 3gs iPhone. I have a PC and I am trying to get it so I can transfer my music from my old iPhone to my iPhone 5s, iPad and iPod. I downloaded the TouchCopy program as suggested from the Apple support previously given, but it is only good for 100 songs, and then you have to purchase it. Which I would at this point, but their website WILL NOT LET YOU!! So if there is another reasonably priced third party program to download or one that is free, or even away to get around the third party software all together, please help me.(No they are not all iTunes purchases, mostly CD's I no longer have) I have been fighting with this for years and need to figure it out.
