iCloud. Select which Photo appear on which device

Hello,

I want to save my photos done with my reflex digital camera on iCloud. I want to use the "optimize storage option" to save space on my mac, but I don't want these photos to appear on my Mac even in low resolution. Is that possible, If yes, how do I do?
