How do I request a refund from iTunes?
How do I request a refund? I purchased American Sniper on iTunes..I've been waiting for hours for the movie to download and I'm still not able to view the movie.

You've tried restarting the computer/device that you are using to download the film ? And if using your iPad tried downloading it on your computer's iTunes (if you can redownload films then it should show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage) and syncing it to your iPad (assuming that that's where you want it) ?
Otherwise you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
