Document warning: File missing

Every time I open my book in iBooks Author I get a document warning which says that a file is missing. I cannot see anything missing in my book and wonder what this means. The file is called 103017569c-2.jpg whatever that means. I hope somebody can help me with this.

I got this message too. I duplicated the .iba file, changed its extension to .zip, and extracted it so that I could look at the file's contents. I found that there is an image in the file called 103017569c-1.jpg, which I think is there as a placeholder from the theme I used (Contemporary).

I then tried duplicating that image, changing its name to 103017569c-2.jpg, and changing the file extension back to .iba. That fixed it 🙂.
