After fresh install: No bluetooth assistant on first start
I decided to sell my 24" iMac (2007) and switch to the latest 27 inch model, so I reinstalled Yosemite on the iMac by using a usb stick created with DiskmakerX. The installation itself completed without errors and the Mac comes up to language selection.
First I thought all is fine but then I tried to boot without keyboard and mouse (because I want to keep them) and it looks like that the bluetooth assistant won't appear. So I was not able to pair any bluetooth devices and had to connect a usb keyboard!
If the customer doesn't have any usb keyboard and/or mouse at hand he would not be able to complete setup... This would be really uncomfortable.
My question is now:
Has anybody the same problem? Is there a possible fix for that? Or did the Diskmaker something wrong when creating the boot stick?
Thanks
